Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or network, gs99 reserves the right to investigate.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gs99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted, and gs99 will not be held responsible in such cases.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 — for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal, the user must use the same payment method that was used to make the deposit. gs99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and to place them on hold if necessary.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, collect bonuses through multiple accounts, or gain an advantage through manipulation will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may lead to account suspension.

4.4 Promotional Changes

gs99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Check the platform regularly for accurate information on ongoing promotions.

The gs99 VIP program has five tiers, determined by players' activity and participation:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback amounts are credited to eligible accounts every Monday at a set time. VIP benefits may change at gs99's discretion.

6.1 Fair Play Commitment
